The restoration and improvement interventions, carried out by Cobar, on the load-bearing structure of the complex were carried out as part of an overall functional framework, aimed at returning the building to pre-earthquake functionality, as well as obtaining, thanks to local improvement interventions, an overall strengthening in structural anti-seismic stability. The bulk of interventions on the structure is part of the recommendations detailed in the “Guidelines for the Repair and Strengthening of Structural Elements, Cladding and Partitions”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Within the interventions foreseen by the Guidelines, interventions included in the following categories have been carried out:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– repair of damaged non-structural elements (paragraph A.1 of the Guidelines);<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– local repair of structural elements (paragraph A.4);<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– work on undamaged external walls and facings aimed at preventing risks of collapses (paragraph B.1);<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– local reinforcement interventions of individual parts and\/or elements of masonry structures, according to \u00a78.4.3 from the Ministerial Decree 14.01.08 and Circular n. 617 from 02.02.09 (paragraph B.2).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
