In order to achieve these goals, the wastewater treatment plants of Monopoli and Sammichele di Bari will be fitted with measuring devices to monitor nitrates, potential REDOX, ammonium, dissolved oxygen, SST e orthophosphates; additionally, electrical panels or similar systems will be set up to monitor the flow of sludge from the purification process.
